Pacific Christian School Foundation

The PCS Foundation was established in 1987 by a group of farsighted supporters of Christian Education. It currently maintains two scholarship funds, administers two memorial funds, and is the repository for one life insurance policy.

Objectives of the Foundation:

Short term
- mission work endorsed by VCES
- establish projects endorsed by VCES
- provide tuition assistance (short term)
- receive gifts for special purposes

Long term
- administer and expand scholarship program
- establish funds for capital expenditures
- provide tuition assistance (long term)
- accumulate capital to fund VCES operational budgets in the event of loss of major funding source
- accumulate capital to fund future debt retirement needs

While laudable, these objectives are merely good intentions unless and until the Foundation is sufficiently capitalized. To this end our attention will be directed towards the development of an action plan to both promote the Foundation and attract funds in the form of endowments, legacies, life insurance and cash donations.
