Registration Procedure

Please follow the steps below when registering to attend Pacific Christian School.

  1. Mail or fax a completed registration form. Use either the International Student Registration Form (for students already in Canada) OR the International Student Registration Form (for students who are abroad).
  2. Mail or fax a signed Behavioural Contract for International Students
  3. Send a registration fee of $250.00 to the school.
  4. Send a translated (into English) and notorized transcript showing your child's last two years of schooling.
  5. If you are a family that is presently residing in Canada and you plan to line in Victoria while your child is going to PCS, you will need to provide us with a Pastor's Reference Form.
  6. Mail or fax a completed Student Home Stay Information form.

NOTE: Ordinarily, International Students attending PCS in Grades K-5, must have their parent or parents live with them in Victoria, while the student is attending school.

Once your child is accepted, you will receive:

Once your child is accepted, you must complete and return the following forms. These forms must be returned to PCS before your child may attend classes.

Finally, when your child arrives at PCS, he or she should submit the following to the office:

  • a copy of his/her passport
  • a copy of his/her study permit
  • proof of medical insurance (see Medical Insurance)
