Capital Levy

Dear Parents

This letter is to inform you that effective May 26, 2009 the Victoria Christian Education Society passed a new “Capital Levy” that will affect all new families entering Grade 2 and up.  This levy does not apply to families that have transferred from another Independent Christian School.  The one-time fee of $500.00 will be allocated to the Pacific Christian Long Range Planning Fund.

Please forward a cheque in the amount of $500.00 payable to Pacific Christian School.  Include the Capital Levy form with your payment. Note, that this form is also available with the registration package. A portion may be eligible toward your annual tuition receipt.

Options for payment:

• One-Time payment of  $500.00  (We encourage one-time payment if  possible)
• 10 month payment of $50.00 (Separate post dated cheque) 
• 12 month payment of $41.67 (Separate post dated cheque)
