Registration Acceptance
In filling classes, the following are considered in priority order:

1. First and most importantly is the Christian commitment of parents and students, as evidenced by church involvement, active Christian service, pastor's reference, testimony, etc.

2. Prior involvement in other Christian Schools, particularly member schools of the Society of Christian Schools in B.C. and Christian Schools International.

3. Enrollment of all children in the family.

4. Application date.

Notes
1. Families enrolling their children at PCS for the first time are not eligible to apply for tuition reduction, unless they are transferring from another Christian school.

2. All new students from Grades 2 to 12 will be given an academic screening test. Students with achievement outcomes in the low average range or below, may be asked to return for more extensive testing.

3. Students with Special Needs will be admitted only if the necessary support services can be provided. When all documentation has been received (relevant academic/health services reports), an interview with the Administration and the Special Education co-ordinator will be arranged.

4. Priority for Learning Assistance support will be given to children of families currently enrolled at PCS. If we are unable to accommodate a new student, his/her name will be placed on a wait list.

5. Interviews will only take place after both parents have attended the New Parent Information Seminar, and for elementary students, after the academic screening test has been administered.

6. The school deposits the registration fee upon receipt.
- The registration fee is not refunded if:
· your application is approved.
· your application is approved, and a space is available, but you choose not to accept it.
- The full registration fee will be refunded if:
